This is a physical garment, and is one of a kind. This dress is handmade by me, and has never been worn. It is made out of a pink shirred fabric, and is so much fun to twirl in. The two front bows can be let down to create a one length skirt, or can be tied up to give a high low effect. It has an elastic waist that rests at 26”, and the total length of this skirt is 32”
